The Local Government Service has implemented a Performance Management System, including a Performance Contract and Performance Appraisal System, to foster a high-performance culture.
Following the signing of the 2025 Performance Contract, the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly organized a sensitization forum for Heads of Departments, Units, and key officers.
The objectives were to communicate the Key Performance Areas and Indicators of the 2025 Contract, present a Progress Report on the 2024 Contract, and evaluate the 2023 Contract.
This was done to achieve a 90% score in the year evaluation exercise conducted by the Office of the Head of the Local Government Service. The event was conducted by the Municipal Coordinating Director and the Senior Human Resource Manager on February 26, 2025.
The program was successful, with participants excited about the program’s impact on their work and eager to continue improving.
