Hon. Benjamin Kessie, Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Chief Executive has begun his routine community visit on Thursday, 16th March 2023 at Adiewoso and Tetrem.
The visit forms part of the MCE’s plans to engage with the citizens as key stakeholders in the development process.
Municipal Co-ordinating Director, Mr. Boffour Haruna, Presiding Member, Hon. Emmanuel Gado, Heads of Departments, and staff of the assembly joined the MCE to visit.
Hon. Gado while addressing the community and media explained the concept of decentralization policy as per the local governance Act 2016, and in accordance with the 1992 constitution of the republic of Ghana.
Nananom of Adiewoso and Tetrem communities, Nana Kweku Ebulley III, and Nana Atta Damoah II engaged Hon. Kessie with their challenges.
Hon. Benjamin Kessie assured them that their problems will be dealt with immediately. He also advised the communities to mine responsibly.
