The objective of the workshop was to educate and train the newly recruited staff of Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly on some selected Local Government Service Protocols, Administrative Writings, and Retirement Planning as well as introduced them to the Organization. The objective was achieved through presentations provided by the facilitators.
The workshop was held on Tuesday 14th and 15th March at the Conference Room and the Assembly Hall respectively of the Municipal Assembly. The workshop commenced at 9:30 am and ended at 4:30 pm on both days.
The facilitators for the workshop were Mr. Boffour Ahmed Haruna (MCD), Ms. Jennifer A. Laryea (Municipal Human Resource Manager) and Mr. Michael Agyin, (Human Resource Manager). The Municipal Co-ordinating Director introduced the programmed and emphasized on the importance of the program. He admonished the participants to be attentive to be able to learn and implement all that will be taught.
After the training, both Ms. Jennifer A. Laryea and Mr Michael Agyin took the new entrants round the Departments and Units of the Assembly block to officially introduce them to staff.
