HEADS OF DEPARTEMENTS/UNIT OF TARKWA NSUAEM MUNCIPAL ASSEMBLY SIGNS PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PLANNING WITH THE COORDINATING DIRECTOR

Vide the Condition of Service, all MMDCDs are mandated to sign an Annual Performance Contract with their MMDCES.

Consequently a Performance Contract was signed between the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Gilbert Kennedy Asmah and the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Isaac Kwakye on the 2^nd of March, 2020 at the Western Regional Coordinating Council.

The Performance Contract contains seven (7) outputs or Key Performance Areas which are expected to be devolved to the Heads of Departments and subsequently to all other staff.

The Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly in its efforts to devolve the Performance Contract, has on Thursday, 12^th March, 2020 signed Annual Performance Appraisal Planning between the Municipal Coordinating Director and all Heads of Decentralised Departments and other Key officers at the Municipal Assembly Conference Hall-Ahwetieso.

These Departments Include Social Welfare & Community Development, Works, Human Resources, Finance, Agric, Urban Roads, Physical Planning, National Disaster Management Organisation, Education whiles the Units are Development Planning, Budget, Management Information Systems, Procurement, Internal Audit, Feeder Roads, and Administration.                                            

The programme was facilitated by the Western Regional Human Resource Manager and was graced by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Gilbert Kennedy Asmah. He encouraged all Heads of Departments/Units to aim higher and achieve the Indicators (KPIs) that relates to their Department/Units in the Performance Contract.
