The Physical Planning Department as part of their activities were to examine and analyze the extent to which encroachment has occurred on the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly Land. Various exercises were undertaken to achieve this. There was issuing of questionnaires, meeting with various stakeholders and structure owners and drone flying. This report gives an account on the drone flying activity which was done in 4th November 2023.

The drone flying commenced after the superimposition of the cadastral plan of the site under scrutiny. This helped in ascertaining the boundary and extent to which data will be captured. A team of five including Pln. Deborah Dadzie as the supervisor assumed this exercise.
