The Municipal Chief Executive for the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality, Hon. Benjamin Kessie has joined the Muslim brothers to commemorate this year, 2023 Eid Al-Ahda at the Tarkwa Central Mosque.
As they offered a sacrifice of thanksgiving, he asked the Almighty Allah to grant the Municipality His favor, peace, togetherness, and strength in their day-to-day activities.
He used the occasion to advise residents to take precautionary actions in order to prevent any disaster that may lead to the destruction of lives and properties during this period of the rainstorm and flood situations affecting most Communities.
Hon. Kessie emphasized that they should be extremely careful in this season as the rain is not predicted to stop anytime soon.
He therefore, assured the affected communities of the Assembly’s preparedness to support them in their time of need.
