In pursuit of the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly’s goal to enter December with a clean slate, the Environmental Health and Sanitation Unit conducted an evacuation exercise on Sunday, May 26, 2024, in the Zongo and Nzemaline communities.
The effort resulted in the removal of two large piles of trash from the two communities, particularly along Nana Connie Street.
In a related development, deratting operations were also carried out at the central market on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
