The Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Gilbert Asmah yesterday, Thursday May, 24th, 2018 in accompaniment of the MD of ASABEA Engineering and a team from the Western Regional Highway Authority made rounds to inspect the ongoing construction, the move is to ensure that the contractor conforms to the modalities.

Key among them is making sure that the Tarkwa town roads and adjoining communities link roads becomes accessible and motorable.
The Ahwetieso to Bogoso junction road this project has been in a deplorable state since 2014. Thankfully, to the good LOBBYING Skills and Quality Leadership Exhibited by our able Municipal Chief Executive, Hon K.D Asmah, the one and only articulate, Humble, Honest and Ultimate Political head for Tarkwa-Nsuaem for making such a wonderful project a reality.
It will be recalled that on Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 when Hon K.D Asmah made a call on H.E Nana Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House, he thanked the President for granting his request, the President assured him that the Ahwetieso to Bogoso junction road was
his priority and that he would ensure it’s urgent rehabilitation, true to the words of H.E the President, ASABEA Engineering was awarded the contract and subsequently commenced work on May, 6th 2018. Kudos to the Wassa Fiase Traditional Council for their intervention too.
The Good people of Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality are highly grateful to President Akufo-Addo, the number one gentleman of the Republic of Ghana for being a listening Father to his representative in Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality, Hon Gilbert Ken Asmah by paving way for this much talked about road to be fixed;

A good number of residents in Tarkwa-Nsuaem have wondered why the MCE is so much in a haste for the facelift of the Municipality, they believe he is only a year in office and as such needs to take some rest in the execution of his duties.
But he seems not to take the suggestion of these sympathizers in that regard, he believes that H.E Nana Akufo Addo brought him for an Agenda, and not until it has been achieved, In spite of the numerous Verbal, spiritual and physical attacks, he will stop at nothing nor rest until the GOOD of the ROADS becomes BETTER. Others have advised him to slacken his pace on developmental initiatives but he is so much obsessed in ensuring that Tarkwa-Nsuaem becomes a FIRST CLASS MUNICIPALITY and of course a model one before his tenure ends.
