On Thursday, 15th July 2026– The Municipal Chief Executive for Tarkwa Nsuaem, Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah, inspected the Nkoko Nkitinkiti poultry program at Dampare’s Poultry Farm in Bonsa and Anannah Poultry Farm in Tamso.

The inspection was aimed at assessing progress of the project, engaging beneficiaries, and ensuring government resources are delivering results for local farmers and youth.
Hon. Cobbinah was accompanied by the Municipal Director of Agriculture, Mr. Essien, and other officials from the Department of Agriculture.

The Nkoko Nkitinkiti program is a government initiative under the Ministry of Food and Agriculture designed to promote broiler production, create jobs, and reduce Ghana’s dependence on imported poultry.
Speaking during the visit, Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah commended both Dampare’s and Anannah Poultry Farms for their commitment and urged more youth in the municipality to take advantage of the program to boost food security and livelihoods in Tarkwa Nsuaem.
