Hon. George Mireku Duker, Member of Parliament for the Tarkwa-Nsuaem together with the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Benjamin Kessie commissioned a recreational center at Essaman Kakraba, a suburb community of Tarkwa in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality.

The project, which was commissioned on Saturday, 29th October 2022, saw the presence of the chiefs and people of the community, party supporters, and some heads of departments of the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly.

The facility, funded by the Minerals Development Fund (MDF) consists of four offices with both male and female washrooms.
The construction of the project began in November 2019 and was completed in December 2021.
Hon. Kessie revealed that all the communities will get their fair share of developmental projects. He, however, charged the people of Essaman Kakraba to ensure proper maintenance of the facility.
Hon. Duker promised to continue to provide the needed development and support for his constituents for a better municipality
