The Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly, led by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah, together with the Coordinating Director, Mr. Peter Kwesi Wilson, and other Heads of Department, has engaged the chiefs, elders, and residents of Domeabre and Enyinase to discuss ongoing and proposed development projects within the communities.
During the meeting, the chiefs and elders expressed appreciation for the visit by the Municipal Chief Executive and his team, describing it as a positive step toward addressing the developmental challenges facing the area. They also expressed optimism that the leadership of Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah would bring meaningful improvements to their communities.
Key challenges raised by the communities included the lack of health facilities, inadequate electricity extension, poor road networks, limited access to potable water, the need for bridge reconstruction, and the electrification of school facilities.
The Assembly Member and Presiding Member, Hon. Joseph Kwofie, supported the engagement and appealed to the Municipal Chief Executive to give urgent attention to the issues highlighted by the communities.
In response, Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah assured the residents of his commitment to working with relevant stakeholders to address the challenges, emphasizing that priority would be given to the most pressing needs.
