BONSAWIRE RANGERS PRESENT TROPHY TO MCE IN APPRECIATION OF HIS SUPPORT

The just-ended Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Football Association under 10 League Champions, Bonsawire Rangers, on Monday, 15th September 2025, at exactly 10:00 a.m., paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah, to present their championship trophy and medal in appreciation of his continuous support.

The Municipal Chief Executive beamed with joy as the young champions proudly presented the trophy and medal.

Speaking on behalf of the team, Nana Aubayin, the team manager, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the MCE:

“Honourable MCE, your leadership and vision have transformed our community. Your dedication to excellence has inspired us to work tirelessly toward our goals. This trophy and medal symbolize our appreciation for your unwavering support and guidance. You have empowered us to make a difference, and we are grateful.”

The MCE congratulated the team on their achievement, commending their determination, discipline, and teamwork. He assured them of the Assembly’s continued support in promoting youth sports development across the municipality.

The team also highlighted challenges they face, including a lack of training kits, footballs, and inadequate football jerseys.

In response, the MCE pledged to explore ways to assist the team, emphasizing that sports remain a key avenue for youth development and community cohesion.

The meeting ended with cheers and excitement as the young champions celebrated their victory and the MCE’s commitment to their progress.
