Hon. Benjamin Kessie, the Municipal Chief Executive for the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly has cautioned the youth of the Municipality not to downplay ignorance as a disease that can undermine their future.
He described access to information as a valuable resource for empowering individuals, particularly the youth, who could easily identify and take advantage of existing opportunities that exist in their localities.
He made the remarks at a Youth Forum organized by the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal office of the National Youth Authority, NYA, as part of its quarterly stakeholders’ engagement program that allows for the various institutions, departments, and agencies, to educate the public on the activities, programs, and policies implemented by the government.
