The Member of Parliament for Tarkwa-Nsuaem, Hon. Issah Salifu Taylor, and the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah, led a handing-over ceremony for 50 beneficiaries of the Community Police Assistants (CPA) and Fire Service Assistants (FSA) programs under the Youth Employment Agency initiatives. The ceremony took place at the forecourt of the Western Central Police Command on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

The ceremony was graced by dignities and government officials including Divisional Commander, Chief Superintendent Mammud, District Commander, Chief Superintendent Akwaboah, Regional MTTD Commander DCOP Apaloo, 2IC ASP Beatrice Turkson of MTTD, 2IC William Kaku of fire service and Elvis Nkrumah Dadzie, Municipal Director of Youth Employment Agency.

In his address, Hon. Ebenezer Cobbinah expressed gratitude to Hon. Issah Salifu Taylor and the Director General of the Youth Employment Agency, Malik Basintali, for their support. He also urged the beneficiaries to be diligent and respectful to their superiors, emphasizing that their performance would be crucial in determining their potential absorption into the Ghana Police Service and Fire Service.
