As part of the implementation process for the 2026 Local Government Service Performance Management System (PMS), the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly organized a one-day workshop on the 2026 Performance Contract for all Management Members and some selected officers of the Assembly.
The workshop was facilitated by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Peter Kwesi Wilson, and the Municipal Human Resource Manager, Jennifer Atswei Laryea.
The purpose of the programme was to educate and engage departmental heads on the Assembly’s Action Plan and Performance Contract, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and accountability in achieving the Assembly’s strategic objectives and improving its overall rankings.
