In other to measure the performance of the institution (Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly), a Performance Contract was signed between the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive and Municipal Coordinating Director as specified in the Conditions of Service. Subsequently, a performance appraisal was signed between the Municipal Coordinating Director and all other Heads of Departments/Units to ensure the implementation of the contract.
A Two-Day Non-Residential Retreat was held to review the Contract through the Performance Appraisal at De Kings Hotel, Tarkwa, on 8th and 9th July, 2020
These Departments/Units include Human Resources, Planning, Budget, Procurement, Administration, Management Information System, Finance, Urban Roads, Feeder Roads, Physical Planning, Education, Health, NADMO, Social Welfare & Community Development and Environmental Health.
The programme was facilitated by the Municipal Human Resource Manager and was graced by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Benjamin Kessie. The MCE encouraged all Heads of Departments/Units to give their outmost best to achieve the indicators (KPA) that relates to their Departments/Units in the Performance Contract.
